My name is Kaden Kimple, and I’m currently a junior at Bowling Green State University studying Graphic Design as an undergrad! At BGSU, I’m a proud Thompson Scholar and enjoy volunteering in the Wood County community. A few different organizations that I am involved with through volunteer programming at the Wood County Humane Society, BGSU Letters of Love, and the Thompson Scholar Leadership Team.
I grew up in Oregonia, Ohio, and attended Clinton-Massie High School. In my free time, you can find me at the gym with my friends, playing pickleball, cooking new recipes in the kitchen, traveling, and spending time with my family.
During my time in the BGSU design program, I have found a passion for designing for a purpose. My goal in design is to help others communicate and build connections within my community. Through my classes, I've become fascinated with the ideas and creation behind brand identity, as well as packaging and production. I love the tedious research that goes into creating brand personas, symbols and logos, typography, and working hands-on during the design process!
